The aim of the Y&H Maternal Medicine Network is to provide equitable and expert support for women with pre-existing or pregnancy-induced significant medical issues, to ensure sustainability of that care wherever in Y&H they may live, and additionally, to provide perinatal mental health support or other onward referral as required
